Hello! The kraut juice will be used to make dirty martinis during the cocktail hour. The 2936 IPA is a beer Todd has been brewing that will be served with dinner, and the Thiel Family wines are a friend's local label we will be partaking in for the afterparty.

Wow!  What a wonderful menu.  I'm envious of all those who get to sample it.  I'm curious about some of the beverages.  What's the Sauerkraut Martini like and what's the background on the beer and Thiel Family wine?
