I am a co-founder of FoundFruit.com. I am also a Realtor with Prudential California Realty. As a realtor I earned NAR's Green Designation because I am interested in energy efficiency and sustainability. I have compiled many rebates and resources for energy/water/solar upgrades and urban farming info. on my website www.ecohomejournal.com.

Michele currently resides in Oakland, CA. An urban homesteader, her interests include kenyan top bar beekeeping, keeping chickens, rain harvesting and other sustainable living practices. She's enthusiastic about edible landscaping, vegetable and fruit gardening, foraging, pickling, fermentation, etc. She runs her car on 100% waste veggie oil from a DIY home fueling station. I bought my first home in Oakland in 2009 and transformed it's concrete lot into an urban oasis.
