Your Business, Project or Organization: Turning my newly-bought home into a more sustainable project with food gardens and egg chickens. I am a nursing student and my husband works full time, so we'll be "gentleman farmers" on our own property for the most part

Tell us about yourself and your interests: I'm a novice gardener - have been renting for years, but have been getting into home food production for a while. I was making goat cheeses, preserving a bit, and took a few butchery classes in the last few years
