Hi Daniel, I saw that you were asking about whether you can leave red worms out in our cold weather. I leave mine outside all year and have never had a problem. Mine are pretty established with lots of bedding/compost scraps.

Now, to teach them where to actually put a banana peel. You would think a huge green arrow with COMPOST written across it would do the trick. Any suggestions?
