Albany Farmers' Market Grand Opening

The grand opening of the new Albany Farmers' Market. Operated by the Ecology Center which also operates the three farmers' markets in Berkeley. Featuring a wide variety of local, seasonal produce and prepared foods. Ribbon cutting ceremony with Albany Mayor Farid Javandel at 3:30pm, music by Dewayne & Maurice (jazz duo), and more. Transportation: Street parking. The 18, 72, 72M, 72R, 800 and the G AC transit lines. The closest BART station is El Cerrito Plaza, which requires a one mile walk south down San Pablo Ave. until you reach Solano Ave. The market is located on the 1000 block of Solano Avenue west of San Pablo Avenue.


Time: 3pm - 7pm.
Location: Albany Farmers' Market, 1000 block of Solano Avenue, (between San Pablo Ave. and Adams Street), Albany.
Cost: Free admission.
