Tonight we're doing a big salad from the garden: yugoslavian red butterhead, Braveheart COS that I might have finally gotten to go OP, a frisee of some sort, radishes, celery leaves and stalks and green onions, topped with a thyme-vinaigrette and some cold cuts. Hopefully by this time next year we'll have eggs!
