Your Connection to Bay Area Local Food and Sustainable Living
Recently, I have been catching and eating small fish such as smelt and sardines and dungeness or rock crabs. I'm also deeply concerned about the local salmon fishery. I'm interested in hearing what others are doing.
Also, this article, The New School of Fish is a good read if you enjoy eating fish but want to make the best choices around sustainability. The article concludes that a couple sustainable choices from Bay Area waters include Dungeness Crab and Sardines. The article includes at least one nice chart.
